Welcome to Howe Farms.
The Howe Farms Homes Association is very active in an effort to maintain our solid community. Membership in the association is mandatory, which ensures adequate funding for the common areas to be properly maintained. Billing for the association is done on an annual basis.
The association conducts an annual General Membership meeting in April, and the Board of Directors meets monthly. The schedule for the board meetings and board meeting minutes can be found on our message board under News.
The State of Virginia requires homeowners' associations to establish an effective and free method for lot owners to communicate among themselves and with the Board of directors regarding any matter concerning the association. The Howe farms Homes Association has implemented this requirement with this web site and message board.
